Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026
This privacy policy explains how the tools on this site handle your data. All tools are designed with privacy in mind — your data stays on your device.

Canvas Editor

The Canvas Editor is a fully client-side tool. All drawing, shapes, arrows, images, and videos you add are processed and stored only in your browser. No canvas data is transmitted to any server. Uploaded images and videos are read locally using the browser File API and are never sent to a remote service.

Image Manipulator

The Image Manipulator sends your image to an API for conversion processing. The image is used solely to perform the requested conversion and is not stored, logged, or retained on any server after processing is complete. The converted result is returned directly to your browser.

Diagram Builder

The Diagram Builder is a fully client-side tool. All nodes, edges, shapes, and image uploads are created and stored only in your browser session. No diagram data is sent to any server. Images added to nodes are read locally via the browser File API and are never transmitted to a remote service. Diagrams exported as .flow files are base64-encoded JSON stored entirely on your device.

DirectFlow

DirectFlow is an external application with its own backend. When you interact with DirectFlow, standard web request data (such as IP address and browser type) may be logged by the server as part of normal operation. No personal data is collected beyond what is necessary for the service to function.

Chaptera (Mobile App)

Chaptera is a mobile application for reading and managing PDF, image, and Word documents. All documents and content are stored and accessed entirely on your device. The app does not transmit any document data to external servers, does not require an account, and does not collect any personal information. File access is granted only when you explicitly open or import a document. No analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs are used. Document files remain in their original storage location and are never copied to external services.

Listovo (Mobile App)

Listovo is a personal list management app for creating and organising shopping lists, to-do lists, and collections. All lists, items, collections, templates, reminders, and preferences are stored entirely on your device using a local SQLite database — nothing is transmitted to any server. The app works fully offline and does not require an account. Photo library access is requested only when you choose to add an image to a list; only a local reference to the image is stored and no images are uploaded or copied anywhere. Reminders are scheduled locally via the device notification system and are not sent to any external service. No analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs are used. All locally stored data can be permanently deleted at any time from the app settings. Cloud sync is a planned opt-in feature and is not currently active.

Data Safety & Security

No passwords, payment details, government IDs, or sensitive personal information are collected anywhere across these tools or apps. Web tools (Canvas, Diagrams, Converter) process all data locally in your browser — nothing is written to a server. Mobile apps (Chaptera, Listovo) store data in an OS-sandboxed private directory inaccessible to other apps; uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data. When images are sent to the Image Manipulator API, the transfer uses HTTPS encryption and the image is processed in memory only — it is never written to disk or retained after the response is returned. No data is sold, rented, or shared with third-party brokers or advertisers. You retain full control: browser data can be cleared at any time via your browser settings, and mobile app data can be reset from within each app's settings screen.

Analytics & Firebase

This site and its mobile apps use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. On the web, this includes page views, session duration, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, and coarse geographic region (country/city level — never precise location). On mobile (Chaptera, Listovo), it includes app open events, screen views, session duration, device model, OS version, and country. Firebase Analytics does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. Data is associated with a randomly generated app-instance ID, not with your identity, and that ID can be reset at any time. All data is transmitted to Google's servers over HTTPS and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Firebase retains raw event data for 60 days and aggregated reporting data for up to 14 months by default. No advertising IDs are used and no cross-app or cross-site tracking is performed. To opt out on the web, use a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on or enable the Do Not Track header. On Android, you can reset or disable your advertising ID in device Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking for the relevant app.Firebase Privacy and Security
